For questions about products you purchased, please leave the following information to help us assist you more effectively.
- Marketplace where product was purchased (TrueToSource, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- Name of product ordered
- Order ID
- Name of purchaser
- Order date
Once you send out the request, please check to see if a confirmation email was sent to you. If you did not receive a confirmation email, then it is possible that the email address you left was incorrect and could not be reached.
